Selection process

Defining with the client the profile and the tasks that are to be completed by the job description.

Identifying and selecting the ideal recruitment sources for said position, be it using the company's database or our own contact networks, so that we can find the best candidates for the client.

Once a potential candidate is found, we request a personal interview so that we can explain the job profile, where is it located, and certain cultural aspects that need to be taken into account. The target of this interview is to confirm whether the candidate is willing to change jobs, always keeping the client's confidentiality if required. If there's an interest on the candidate's side, we arrange further interviews in order to check whether the candidate fits in the job description.

When we have 5 potential candidates, we directly evaluate each profile, in order to decide on the top 3 candidates that will go on to the final interview, which will be held by one expert professional from our team, also responsible for the final evaluation of the candidates.

Once the chosen final candidates are to be forwarded to the client, we develop an Application Form where the client can find the key information about the candidate, alongside a full report developed by our team.

We forward the final candidates, and once the client rates all of them, we plan the final interviews.

The client informs EIS of the chosen candidate for the job (at this point, EIS will support the client with any doubts or requests about the process of selection – Salary, job conditions, etc.), and we contact the candidate to forward him the job offer and establish deeper details about his future, such as cultural training about the workplace and the country, and anything else that is considered necessary for the job.

EIS will be committed about tracing the candidate until he gets adapted to the new job, or if the client requests so, we will get in charge of the full mobilization of the candidate. This is where the selection process ends.
