After the acceptance of the offer package by both parties, the candidate enters into the Mobilization Process. This process is totally handled by MENA Mobilization Team acting as a point of contact between the Client and the candidate.
Within the Mobilization Process, there are several groups of candidates: TCN Candidates (Third Country Nationalities), European, American, Canadian, Australian, African, foreign Candidates based locally and local candidates (Gulf Areas)
Mobilization Process for TCN Candidates ( Third Country Nationalities), European, American, Canadian, Australian and African
The Mobilization Process for TCN candidates take place on the basis of a predictable and planned cycle supported by a trained, experienced & qualified MENA Mobilization Team and the MENA partners located around the world.
- First contact with the candidate: basic questions to understand the current situation
(Current location, notice period, documents attested).Fix an Expected Joining Date and inform the Client accordingly;
- Get the candidate and the Agency in contact in order to start the Mobilization Process;
- Follow up closely with the Agency the progress of the Mobilization Process;
- Confirmation of medical appointment ,medical results and police clearance;
- Resignation Date;
- Visa Category Allocation;
- Visa Application Submission Date
- Visa Stamped & Ticket Request
Mobilization Process for Candidates based locally
- First contact with the candidate: basic questions to understand the current situation (current location, notice period). Fix an Expected Joining Date and inform the Client accordingly;
- Follow up the employment contract process:
- Prepare the employment contracts based on the accepted offer package;
- Get the approval from the Client;
- Proceed to its legalization & hand over to Client;
- In case of Local Candidatesstrong>: hand over copy of the contract and follow up closely the resignation date. Inform the Client about the Expected Joining Date of the Candidate;
- In case of foreign Candidates based locally
- Hand over copy of the contract and follow up closely the resignation date;
- Support the candidates during the process to Transfer for one company to another;
- Inform the Client about the Expected Joining Date of the Candidate
Maintain regular contact with candidates in order to Keep the client regularly informed about the latest status of the candidate, inform the client with time in advance regarding any delay in the joining date in order to make sure all the candidates join on time.
